Customer service it’s so bad, they have so many girls working there but they just keep talking between them. And if you ask for help they not willing to help in properly way.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this beauty supply store. I purchased a wax product that clearly had been sitting on the shelf for a long time it didn’t melt or work the way it should at all. When I returned to explain the issue, the manager refused to exchange it for a new one, even though the product was obviously defective. Good customer service should stand behind the items they sell, but that was not the case here. I won’t be shopping at this store again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality products or fair treatment.
It's a place that feels good. There's a variety of items, it's very well organized, and the employees look like they're happy to work.
