Customer service it’s so bad, they have so many girls working there but they just keep talking between them. And if you ask for help they not willing to help in properly way.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this beauty supply store. I purchased a wax product that clearly had been sitting on the shelf for a long time it didn’t melt or work the way it should at all. When I returned to explain the issue, the manager refused to exchange it for a new one, even though the product was obviously defective. Good customer service should stand behind the items they sell, but that was not the case here. I won’t be shopping at this store again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality products or fair treatment.
It's a place that feels good. There's a variety of items, it's very well organized, and the employees look like they're happy to work.
I've been shopping here for over a decade, but unfortunately, it has become another business where racist tendencies among the staff are apparent. If you're going to check for theft, ensure you monitor all customers equally, including your Hispanic counterparts, not just black individuals. I will most likely take my business elsewhere.
It's a friendly neighborhood store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The owner seems disconnected from the community. You can't miss him he is the emotionalist Asian dude behind the counter that smiles when he sees your payment but fail to give you a friendly smile or say thank you. if your of African decent they do have know products but seems somewhat limited to the urban trends. I went in there for braid /loc string ornaments and those braid decorative cuffs, and the owner had no idea what I was talking about
